Veg Biryani Mix

Biryani was invented in the kitchens of Mughal Emperors. Biryani is a rich and extic rice preparation cooked with aromatic spices and vegetables. It makes a great dish for a formal dinner or can be served as main meal

Directions for use :

Take 1/2 kg vegetables of your choice (carrots , French beans and green peas) add the entire content of Tasty Kitchen’ Vegetable Biryani Mix packet.

Add 1lt water and just boil. Add 1/2 kg soaked rice, cover with a lid and cook on low flame till water evaporates.

Tasty Tip:

  • Basmati rice will lend authentic taste to your Vegetable Biryani.
  • Biryani is pretty much a complete meal in itself so all you need is a complementary accompaniment such as cucumber/onion raita.
