Gongura Mutton Curry Mix

Andhra Pradesh is known f or its liberal use of spices, making the cuisine one of the richest and spiciest cuisines in the world. Gongura or sorrel leaves quintessentially belong to the Andhra meal. Gongura Mutton combines the distinctive taste of gongura with juicy pieces of mutton dunked in a spicy and sour curry.

Directions for use :

Take 300gm muGon (cut in small chunks) add the entire content of Tasty Kitchen’ Gongura Mutton Curry Mix packet. Add requi red quantity (approx. 900 ml ) of water and mix well.

Bring the contents to boil. then cover with a lid and cook on low flame for 50 – 60 minutes till the mutton gets cooked.

Tasty Tip:

  • Gongura Mutton Curry tastes best when served piping hot with a bowl of steamed rice or with rotis.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander or mint leaves for better presentation.
