Gongura Chicken Curry Mix

Andhra Pradesh is known for its liberal use of spices, making the cuisine one of the richest and spicest cuisines in the world. Gongura or sorrel leaves quintessentially belong to the Andhra meal. Gongura Chicken combines the distinctive taste of gongura with juicy pieces of chicken dunked in a spicy and sour curry.

Directions for use :

Take 500gm chicken (cut in small pieces) add the entire content of Tasty Kitchen’ Gongura ChickenCurry Mix Packet. Add requi red quantity (approx. 500ml ) of water and mix well.

Bring the contents to boil, then cover with a lid and cook on low flame for 25 – 30 minutes till the chicken gets cooked.

Tasty Tip:

  • Gongura Chicken Curry tastes best when served piping hot with a bowl of steamed rice.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander of mint leaves for better presentation.
